How information submitted through this website is used.
Information you provide
The service request form collects your name, contact details, company, property location, requested service, timing, and any notes you include. Please do not include sensitive personal information or building access credentials.
How it is used
This information is used to review your request, contact you, and discuss possible service. Submitting a request does not confirm a service appointment or create a service contract.
Submission processing
Requests are sent to Empire’s existing inquiry system, which uses Supabase for storage and an email notification service. We also include the page and available campaign or referring-source information to understand how customers find us.
Website measurement
We use Google Analytics, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel, and the OpenAI Conversions API to understand visits, link clicks, submitted service inquiries, and answered inbound calls. OpenAI may receive advertising or browser identifiers and SHA-256 hashes of email addresses and phone numbers to match conversions to ads. Hashed identifiers are still used for matching; they are not anonymous. We do not send inquiry messages, property addresses, call recordings, or transcripts in these conversion events. Quo provides call completion information for our business number. A phone-link click and an answered call are measured separately. Our server events opt out of future user-level personalization.
Measurement choices
We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for website measurement. You can also turn off optional measurement in this browser. This choice does not affect your ability to submit an inquiry. Browser settings do not identify you to our phone system; contact us about phone-related measurement or your information.
Website resources
This website uses Google Fonts. Your browser may contact Google to download the typefaces. Temporary browser session storage may retain referring-source information as you move between pages; it is not used to store your form’s contact details.
