About the project
Design-build fire sprinkler system for a multi-level brewery and restaurant project in Seattle’s Stadium District, located at 419 Occidential Avenue S. This project involved two floors of tenant improvements, integrating fire protection for a production brewery, commercial kitchen areas, and three separate restaurant concepts. Systems were modified to accommodate varying hazards, equipment layouts, and code requirements.
