Empire Fire Protection prides itself on being a leader in quality and competence. Our ITT certified technicians have real world experience with a wide range of fire protection system applications. Not only do they inspect systems, but they actually install them. Because of this, you can rest assured that your fire sprinkler system will be in peak operational order and any deficiencies will be pointed out so they can be remedied right away. Commercial systems require annual inspection per NFPA 25. These inspections are required to be completed by certified inspectors, and then filed with the local authorities. At this time, Empire Fire Protection does not conduct annual inspections, but we look forward to providing this service in the future. In the meantime, we can refer you to a local company for your inspection needs.
Once you decide to proceed with us as your trusted partner. We will send you a link to access your own client portal. This can be used to access proposals, past inspections, track deficiencies, and get reminded about upcoming inspections that are scheduled for your property.
About half the time something will be found "deficient" with the system we are inspecting. We stock our vans full of these minor parts, and upon approval, we can usually get them taken care of in the same trip. For something major, like 100 recalled sprinklers, we will provide you a quote to do the work- but you are welcome to get more than one bid.
We have decades of knowledge working in the Puget Sound region. We install fire sprinkler systems primarily in seven counties in Washington State: Pierce, King, Snohomish, Island, Kitsap, Skagit and Thurston County. So, whether you are building out a tenant improvement in Kent or have a ground up project in Puyallup- we have your back.
No, we do not test fire alarms. We may be able to refer you to another contractor if you let us know what area the work is in.
